Filnet mail, what is it?
Filnet mail offers POP / IMAP mailboxes. It allows you to receive emails using the mail software of your choice, or directly online, from any access point with a simple web browser. Very easy to use and manage, it is suitable for most needs of electronic messages.
Where my datas are stored?
Your datas are stored only in our own data centers, secured and Green IT certified, located in France and administered by our Filnet engineers .
How long to activate my mail service?
As soon as we receive the paiement for your order, the implementation of your service is automatic. The operation takes only a few minutes, a welcome email will confirm that it is operational and explain the first steps to start using your service.
What is my time commitment?
You can choose your commitment period during subscription of your service. Most of our services are available for one month or one year. You decide yourself to renew or not at the end of each period. If you choose a long period (one year commitment eg), you get an immediate discount to thank you for your loyalty.
I need extra mail address?
To adapt your service to your needs, you can change package at any time, or order additional options. The upgrade is immediate after payment.
Will I receive my messages with any software or device?
Mailboxes supports POP and IMAP, and can be used with most softwares and devices.

What tools Filnet provides to manage my email?
Filnet offers the Filnet Customer Panel that allow: - managing your service: mailboxes creation, lists, settings (antivirus, antispam ...) - each user to manage his or her own mailboxes: transfer, away message, webmail access ... All these tools are availables with a web browser, in a centralized way from your customer panel.
